Karuna Sri

Karuna Sri was born and brought up in Hyderabad. She graduated from IIT Madras in 2008 with a B tech/M tech in Mechanical Engineering. She joined ITC limited in June 2008, right after graduation and has handled varied roles across departments and divisions within ITC. Karuna is currently the Vice President and Head of Manufacturing for Snacks, Noodles & Pasta at ITC limited, Foods Business Division. She’s been a strong supporter of women being independent, healthy individuals. As a part of her organization, she’s a part of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) council and also heads the Employee Resource Group (ERG) for women in manufacturing. Outside of her work, Karuna enjoys singing, dancing and arts & crafts. She believes that having a hobby is a perfect stress buster and believes that focus on mental health for everybody is as important as maintaining the physical health.
